Welcome to LEDMirror.in. By accessing and using our website, affiliate program, and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before joining our affiliate program or making use of our platform.

1. General Terms

These Terms govern your access and use of LEDMirror.in, including participation in the Affiliate Program.
By using the website or joining as an affiliate, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Affiliate Program

Affiliates must register for a free account on LEDMirror.in to participate.
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to promote LEDMirror.in products.
A commission of 10% per eligible sale will be paid to affiliates, subject to verification and approval.
Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the affiliate account.

3. Commission & Payouts

Minimum payout threshold: ₹1000.
Payout frequency: Monthly.
Payment methods: PayPal, UPI, Direct Bank Transfer.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions in cases of chargebacks, fraud, or cancellations.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates and users may not:

Engage in misleading or false advertising of LEDMirror.in products.
Use spam, bots, or automated scripts to generate traffic or sales.
Use unauthorized discount codes or misrepresent product pricing.
Promote LEDMirror.in on adult, illegal, or harmful content platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All product images, brand assets, and marketing materials remain the property of LEDMirror.in.
Affiliates may only use approved creatives and product images provided in the affiliate dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

LEDMirror.in is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program or use of our website. Our liability shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Affiliates found violating these Terms will have their accounts terminated immediately, and pending commissions may be forfeited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
