We had all our products covered with transport insurance and until it reaches you its our liability, we will replace if you find any damages or model difference. provided you share us a clear unboxing video.
After the unboxing video is reviewed by our processing department, you will get the re-pickup scheduled, you need to repack on the same wooden crate and keep it ready for re-pickup.
The replaced mirror will be processed, as soon as the mirror is picked up by our shipping partners.
Guess what we have very low replacements scheduled as we do 7 point checks before dispatching and the ratio is below 1%. so no worries on these questions.
