3.2. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, finishes, and dimensions accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Minor variations in glass tone, LED colour temperature, or frame finish do not constitute a defect.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

4.1. Many products on this Website are manufactured to your specified size, shape, or design (“Custom Products”) using our online price calculator or a custom quotation.

4.2. Once production has begun on a Custom Product, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for a change of mind, except where the product is defective or materially different from what was ordered. This is in addition to, and should be read together with, our Returns & Replacements Policy.

4.3. You are responsible for verifying all measurements, design details, and specifications before confirming a custom order. We are not liable for errors arising from measurements or specifications provided by you.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

5.2. Prices for custom-sized products are calculated using our online price calculator based on the dimensions and options you select. The final price shown at checkout is binding once payment is completed.

5.3. We accept payments through the payment methods made available at checkout, including [payment gateway, e.g. Razorpay] and any other methods listed on the Website. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card or payment credentials.

8.2. Warranty coverage for LED electronics, glass, and hardware is as stated on the relevant product page and in our warranty documentation.

8.3. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, improper installation, electrical fluctuation, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

9.1. All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and software — is the property of LEDMirror.in or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
